Thank you for this fun website! I earned a BA in philosophy (92'), then BS in Nursing (97'), both from U of MN. Greg Larson and I were married in 1992 and have a wonderful little girl, Anna, who will be a first grader this fall. After working many years at ANW hospital, I am very thankful to have the opportunity to choose to work. I keep my nursing license current, but for now I have some fun working at a toy store during the school year. It is easier on my back and more flexible for being a mom. Our little family lives in Richfield with our dog, cat and fish. We feel fortunate to keep in touch with many Richfield friends, old and new.

Wow, It's interesting what you find when you Google your own name, for example, this website.

Well, let's see if I can I sum up 20 years in as few words as possible. I currently live In Bloomington and have been married for 8 years to my wife Tammi ( I was suprised as anyone when she said yes) who is a Special Education teacher. No kids yet but we share our home with a 150# Newfoundland named Murray. We figure if we can keep the dog alive we should be ready for children and so far it's been 5 years and he's going strong.

I am co-owner of a family owned home cleaning business which is a great job because it lets me pursue my true love, music. I have been playing around the Twin Cities for about 17 years now in different bands. I'm currently in 2 bands, one is named The New Icons and we play a few times a month in Minneapolis and do some traveling, my other band is the Armchair Philosophers, a acoustic quartet that plays once a month at a coffe shop in Saint Paul.

I'm sure I've forgotten many things but I should try to keep this short. Anyway, great site and it's been fun seeing what everyone is up to.

20 years in a nutshell

1^st life – performed for 7 years nationally and internationally with a Twin Cities based dance company. 

2^nd life – lived in NYC for about 8 years.  Initially moved to dance, but landed a job on a trading desk to make ends meet.  After getting my first bonus I ditched the dance shoes and changed gears.  Okay, I sold out.    After three years at the bank, one of the traders started his own internet company and I went with him.

I met my husband shortly after moving to NYC and we’ve been married for 7 years.  I was just a couple of blocks from the WTC when it fell on Sept 11 and NY was never the same for me after that.  After our first child was born we decided to sell our condo and search for a better quality of life.  We settled in Wellesley, MA near my husband’s family.  We now have two children, Sophia (4) and Ella (1).

My family is still in MN, so I make it back three or four times a year with the girls.

Hello all,

 

After high school I just kept going to school. I earned my BA in Psychology at the U of M and then went on to graduate school for Psychology and then more specifically Marriage and Family Therapy. After getting my MA I married Chris Loe (1985 Roosevelt Grad)in 1996. We then moved to Oregon so I could work on my PhD in Psychology (More school!!). While in Oregon (by the way it is beautiful there), we had our first two children. Tessa born in 1998 and Tanner born in 2000.

We returned to Minnesota in 2003. We lived briefly in Richfield while we located jobs and bought a house. Our daughter started Kindergarten in Richfield and then in early 2004 we moved to Oak Grove, MN (North of Anoka and Andover).

In 2006 we were blessed with our third child, Tyler. These three, and our schnoodle, Sasha, keep us very busy, with Church, School functions, Karate, Gymnastics, Scouting, Sports and most recently (August 10^th) Tessa was crowned “Little Miss Oak Grove” (watch for her in a parade near you!!).

God has been good to us; we praise him in all we do!

I work for a Christian Counseling Agency (Nystrom & Associates, Ltd) I am the Director of the In-Home, Children’s Mental Health Services Division. We are based in New Brighton but have offices in Duluth, Brainerd, Apple Valley and Elk River, so I travel to these offices each month.
