They're all a great reason to rush home from my job as an electrician each day. We spend our weekends in the outdoors fishing, kayaking, camping, and hiking.
I've also become more involved with fishing as director/promoter of the MN Muskie Tournament Trail and the MN Muskie Expo.

Occupation: Business Owner Marital Status: Married No. of Children: 2 From Jodi:
Hi Class of '88! After graduating from Richfield I spent a short time working towards a degree but found that I liked working more than school. I have been married for nearly 16 years to a great guy who, unlike me, has a love for school and has a Master's Degree from St. Thomas. I guess opposites attract. We have two boys ages 14 and 10. I was fortunate to be able to be a stay at home mom and only work part-time until my youngest was in second grade. My husband and I own a business just a short distance form our home in Mpls. and I manage the day to day and marketing of our business. I find it to be a great and challenging fit for me. I have yet to make it to a reunion and doubt I ever will. I am no longer in contact with anyone from the class of '88 - although, I do catch up at my oldest son's orthodiontist in Richfield. It has been fun to read what everyone is up to. Best to you all! Jodi

Occupation: Stay at home mom Marital Status: Married No. of Children: 3 From Meg : Hi Everyone. The reunion was SO MUCH FUN! I am so happy that everyone seems to be happy and fulfilled in their lives since high school. I wanted to say thanks to the committee for planning such a wonderful party, and thanks to all of my old friends for such a memorable night! I haven't laughed that much in so long, possibly since high school itself. And to those of you who couldn't make it....believe me, you were missed! Hope you all had as much fun as I did...and if you weren't here, hope you are happy in your life as well. Take care everyone! Love, Meg

Occupation: Stay at home Mom Marital Status: Married No. of Children: 4 From Cindy: I have a 17 year old daughter , two sons 9 and 2 and a new baby girl that is 4 months. I got my cosmetology license a few months before graduating high school and worked cutting hair for a while. After that I attended Normandale and received my Associates Degree and worked in the Finanical Aid office. After that, I got a job handling Notes/Investments for an automobile finance company, and then went on to the Mortgage Business and worked in different areas for about 8 years. I am now blessed to be a stay at home mom and love it more than anything! The Lord has done amazing things in my life and I hope someday to share my stories and encourage others. I hope that those of you that have not signed up on here will do so, so we can catch up with all of you! We missed many of you at the reunion and hope that you can make the next one. It was a great time and it was so fun to see those of you I did see!! Take care and May God Bless you all.

Foreman Marital Status: Married No. of Children: 2 From Brian:
Let me see if I can sum up the last twenty years in one paragraph. I spent the better part of the first ten years living mostly in Richfield and buying my first house there with my wife Sara (89 RHS). We have been living in Lakeville the last seven years and have since had two kids (Caroline-5, Jack-4). I've been working in the commercial construction field for the last thirteen years and have found it very rewarding. Our kids love the water so you'll probably find us in the lake at the cabin (Detroit Lakes) or in a campground pool. I've enjoyed reading everyone's bio's and I look forward to the reunion next summer.
P.S. Thank you to the planning committee for all of your efforts!

Occupation: freelance editor/mom Marital Status: Married No. of Children: 2 From Lynnette: After high school, I went east to attend Rensselaer (RPI) in Troy, NY. I graduated in 1992, then got a job in New York City as an editor.
I married my college sweetheart, Doug Hettrick, in 1997--it was 10 years this October. In 1999, I quit my office job to do freelance editing at home so that I could travel with my husband wherever his consulting took him. We've lived in New Jersey, Atlanta, Belgium, and Chicago. We enjoy traveling and hope to do more of it again when our boys are older.
We built a house in Connecticut in 2001, near Doug's family. We have two sons, Daegan born in May 2001 (6 years old)and Davin Sept. 2004 (3 years old).
I recently joined Facebook and am listed under my married name, Lynn Hettrick. We are also on Flickr (lynndaegan01).

Occupation: Retail Manager Marital Status: Single From Kevin: I recently received a postcard for Richfield's Class of 1988 reunion. I didn't "officially" graduate until 1989 but I do feel an important connection to the group of people who truely helped make my life better.
I returned to RHS and graduated in 1989. After graduation I studied at Augsburg College for 3 years...and couldn't decided "what I wanted to do with my life." I guess I realized that I was a "people person" and would have a tough time with my head in a book...or sitting at a desk all day. Funny thing is- that was my dream...before December 26th, 1987.
I have basically been in "customer service" my entire life. I managed the SuperAmerica by Woodlake Nature Center for several years. Then I chose to get into a different type of work...and was an Assistant Manager at Marshalls in Southdale Center for several more years.
In 2002 my parents became the proud owners of a convenience store in Crosby (about 15 miles from Brainerd). Needless to say, they asked my to manage it for them...and I "jumped" at the opportunity to "get out" of the big city.
In 2007, Mom and Dad sold the store. I still work in "the gas business" (and NO- Don't even THINK about blaming me for the high gas prices!) but this time I am with Holiday.
My life since High School has definately had its ups and downs. Although I am not married and have no children...I still haven't TOTALLY given up hope.
