This is so amazing the response our website has had!  Thanks to Jeni for all her time and help with getting this all rolling!  Well, here we go again.  It amazes me that almost 20 yrs has passed.  Seems like only yesterday we were planning on where we were going after the Friday night football games!

After graduation, I attended
St. Cloud State for about two quarters (missed by boyfriend to much go figure) and then transferred to the U of MN where I graduated with a Retail Merchandising degree with and emphasis in Business.  I worked to Target Stores at the HQ downtown for 5 yrs.   I married Jim Kallstrom (86 Richfield grad) and along came our son Cory (10 yrs), then Makayla age 7 and then our angel Lindsey (5 yrs).   We lived in Bloomington for about 3 yrs and then moved to Savage and have lived here now for almost 10 yrs.   I stay at home now with the kids and stay busy with all their activities, PTO, getting together with the girls (Tammy, Missy, Kris J., Cindy, Lori and Carol when she is in town) and of course planning reunions in all my spare time!

We are working hard already on this reunion so that it is the best one yet, hope everyone can make it!  Keep
spreading the word about the website and reunion; it will make our job a lot easier for tracking people down!    Regards,  Mary

How do you sum up 20 years in a paragraph?

Well life has taken me on a great journey.  I never quite know what is next but I have had a lot of great experiences in the last 20 years.

I have spent a lot of time traveling the world.  I have been to six continents and about 25 countries.  I spend most of my trips now doing adventure travel which has included climbing Mt. Kilimanjaro and the Inca trail to Machu Picchu.

I started running marathons about six years ago, and now it has kind of become a sick addiction.

Five years ago I got tired of the corporate life and took a year off to get certified in Massage Therapy.  I now work PT as a CMT to fund my vacation habit.

I finally got married three years ago to a great man who is willing to take on my adventures.  When I married I crossed the river to St. Paul and when we aren't at home in the cities we spend as much time as we can in our home in Northwest, WI.  My family consists of my two dogs and my 16 year old step son.

Guess that does sum up the last 20 years.

Hello Richfield
20 years, what the hell happened to me.  Well I went to Mankato State, Played some soccer.  Got a job, bought a harley, got married to a new hope lady, bought a house in Eagan 6 years ago.  We had 2 wild boys 5&2.5. I put on 20 pounds and lost half my hair.  I still keep in touch with many RHS friends, and my harley is for sale.
Thanks to all on the reunion committee.

After high school, I went off to Madison to attend the U of Wisconsin.  I spent just over five years there, met my wife, Lisa, and graduated with a degree in Engineering.

After we were married in '93, we went to Golden, CO where my wife attended graduate school. We spent two and a half years enjoying camping in the mountains, fly fishing, and I worked in house construction while Lisa went to school.

In '96, we returned to Mpls., where we both got engineering jobs.  In 2002, I decided to go back to school and get my MBA.

We have two children; Sam is 6 years old and Emma is 3 years old.

Hi all,

Life has been good for me and my family.  Fourteen years of marriage has brought me two children, Shana (10) and Tyler (7).

I have made a career of education.  I have been working in the Roseville Area Schools for the past 14 years as a teacher, coordinator and now supervisor of special learner programs.  One of the past experiences I had at Roseville was that of Varsity Mens Soccer Coach.  When in this position, I arranged games against Richfield High School and Lars Oakman (one of my my past soccer coaches at Richfield).

Hello to everyone,

Even though I moved in mid Sophmore year to EP, Richfield was still my home and the many people that I knew at RHS, are the ones that I miss seeing after these last 20 years. I look forward to the reunion and catching up with many of you.

Finishing HS at EP, I went to Barber school and worked at my family business, Dicks Barbers in Edina. After 12 years of that, it was time to move on to a different field. I entered real estate. First Commercial at the Robert Muir Company, then residential at CB Burnet. In the Fall of 2006, Sotheby's launched a luxury real estate company in MN and I joined with them. The experience has been great working in a small firm of just 30 agents. Clients that have a unique, distinctive property will need to have it marketed in a unique, distinctive way...and thats what Sotheby's allows me to offer my clients, global exposure. I have worked on properties from the northern shore of Crete in the Medditeranian, to the original model home built in 1916 in Country Club Edina.

I also opened a mens sports themed salon (Not one that I cut hair at, I retired) and it is located in Woodbury. you can see photos of the shop on the website. www.mvpcuts.biz We just finished our second week and the response has been great. This is my flagship store, and by mid 2008 will be offering franchise opportunites in all 50 states. Think Champps sports bar atmosphere for guys getting a haircut. It works.

I am married and have four kids. Two older, two younger. Sarah and I live in Grant which is just west of Stillwater. My daughter Abby who is 13 loves horses, so we bought some land and have horses here.

I enjoy triathlons and enter about 4-6 a summer. Sprint Tri's they call them, much easier! At 6-4 and 235lbs, I push a lot of "air" when i run, so running is my least favorite part of a triathlon. :-)

I look forward to seeing you all in August.

From Dave:

Hello from Colorado.  How time flies the last 20 years.  After RHS, I spent 5 ½ years at UW-River Falls where I played baseball and drove the Zamboni at the campus arena.  Oh, I also got a teaching degree.  In 1993, I did my student teaching back at Richfield with Lars Oakman and Rich Hagen.  After that, I moved to Livingston, Montana and lived and cowboyed on a 5,000 acre ranch and taught at a little country school up the Paradise Valley.  I did some graduate school work in special education at Montana State U- Billings and then ended up in Colorado just east of Colorado Springs in 1998 where I have lived ever since.  I moved from Montana because they do not have high school baseball.

I have been married for 6 ½ years (Gerty) and have a little boy (AJ) who will turn 2 in December.  The new picture is AJ on his horse.  I teach Social Studies (AP US History, Civics, and geography) and coach varsity baseball.  I still try to play Senior Baseball (28-over) during the summer if my schedule lets me.

We live on a 35 acre ranch and have 3 horses (Boomer, Allie, and Angel) and a barn cat named Buckaroo.  During the summer, my time is spent starting colts for people in the area, especially my brother-in-law who has 15 horses.  We used to have a small herd of cows but sold them with the upturn in the cattle market.

I enjoy spending time playing baseball with our son and watching him ride his horse.  I don’t know if I will be attending the reunion since we start school here around the 1st of August but I look forward to hearing from any of you.
